If you are on your Spiritual Journey, it's essential that you learn a daily spiritual practice and look after your energy.

 

This workshop will help you with just that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will receive files by email with a manual, a workbook and an MP3 audio file.

 I advise that you listen to the MP3 with the manual in hand. The MP3 is 2 hours long,

 so give yourself time to really listen and take any notes. You can also break it into segments if you would prefer, do whatever works best for you.

 

Once you have read through the manual and listened to the MP3, pick a day to start your 21-day journey. You can then use the workbook provided, printing out a sheet for each day, or buy yourself a journal to really note all your experiences.

 

Whatever way you choose to use these tools it is of most importance that you dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to this process, no excuses.

 

Commit to yourself and your journey. You will get out of this workshop, what you put into it.

I do run other workshops from time to time that are activations and can really excel you forward on your ascension path; however, this workshop is the precursor for any other workshops I run.

 

You must first have taken part in this initial workshop so I can assess where you are energetically and what you are ready for. Everyone is at different stages but I believe it’s imperative to have the tools here as a starting point, which then becomes a daily routine.
